I’m Eva — an Experience Transformation Consultant working at the intersection of CX strategy, AI-enabled transformation, and go-to-market execution. I help organisations turn complexity into clear, customer-centric strategies that drive alignment, adoption, and measurable impact.

With a background spanning technology, consulting, and design, I bring together strategic thinking, creativity, and AI to make transformation tangible and actionable. My work focuses on shaping product and service strategies, building compelling value narratives, and translating advanced capabilities into outcomes that resonate with both customers and decision-makers.

How I create impact

I apply design-thinking methodologies to uncover core business and user challenges, align diverse stakeholders, and co-create solutions that are both strategically sound and experience-led. From C-level narratives and sales enablement to go-to-market concepts and transformation roadmaps, I support teams in communicating change with clarity and confidence.

Collaboration is at the heart of my work. I thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with Strategy, AI, and industry teams to deliver integrated solutions. Currently, I’m deepening my transformation expertise through Change Management certification (PROSCI), reinforcing my focus on sustainable adoption and long-term impact.

Beyond work, I’m a passionate dancer, music lover, and aspiring jewelry designer. Whether on the dance floor or at the workbench, I enjoy exploring how movement, rhythm, and design connect people and spark emotion.
